Meet Reese

Folsom, California, native Maurice “Reese” Punter has been providing superior service to the Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, and Granite Bay markets since 2003. While working for UPS, Reese developed an insider’s knowledge of the Greater Sacramento area, and he went on to hone his financial skills as a stockbroker. Reese saw real estate’s value firsthand, becoming inspired to earn his license and purchase his first home. Reese has since distinguished himself as an agent, investor, and mentor, earning multiple top-agent awards and serving as the exclusive agent for the Sacramento Kings. He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert and a multiyear Masters Club member.

 

Reese’s commitment to his clients drives his business, and he represents them with integrity and passion. Reese demystifies the real estate process, leveraging his industry expertise and broad network to guide his clients. He works with all demographics, but he specializes in serving sellers and first-time and move-up buyers. Reese also joins forces with his partner, Adriana, who is a licensed contractor and bathroom designer. A natural teacher, he has shared his knowledge through a local radio show, “The Realtor® Reese Show,” and his book, “My Secret Wealth of Information for Any Seller.”

 

Reese values giving back to his Folsom community. He frequently volunteers with his church and the Twin Lakes Food Bank. He enjoys exploring the California wine country, as well as golfing, working out, and collecting old records. Above all, Reese is dedicated to his family, and he is extremely grateful for his success.
