Jeremy began his career with a well know cloud base brokerage and quickly learned that is was more about recruiting than helping people buy and sell homes. Seeking more growth and development Jeremy made the move to Prime Real Estate in August 2021 as an Agent Support Specialist. This position allowed him to learn what it takes to be a successful agent. The goal from the beginning was to transition to full time sales agent within 6 months. We are so exited to announce that as o January 1st 2022 Jeremy officially became a full time sales agent. He currently has 3 clients in escrow closing over $1 million in February and is working with 15+ hot buyer leads, including leads up to $3 Million.

PART TIME AGENT TO FULL TIME ROCKSTAR
In Jennifer’s first 2 years as an agent she closed 6 transactions for $1,563,500 while working 40+ hours at her job, taking case of her son and supporting her husband’s business. At the end of 2019 she realized she was not receiving the support she needed from her current brokerage. She made the move to Prime Real Estate and began to flourish. Jennifer saw an increase in her production closing 16 transactions for $7,598,000 from January of 2019 to July of 2020. Her increase in production along with the leads, support and mentioning she received at Prime gave her the confidence to take the leap and become a full time Realtor. Jennifer has truly earned her ROCKSTAR status closing16 transactions for $7,846,500 in only 5 months taking her 2021 totals to 23 sales for $11,694,500. Jennifer’s 2022 goal is to close over $15M in sales and to launch her own team, The Franco Group.
